Industry: Healthcare Procurement / Group Purchasing Organization (GPO)

Role Overview:
We are a fast-moving organization within the healthcare procurement space, focused on helping healthcare facilities source supplies more efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires someone who can operate at a high level across multiple functions, keep operations running smoothly, and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.

This is not a single-function role. You will be expected to handle a wide range of responsibilities, stay organized under pressure, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks across procurement and internal workflows
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare clients
  • Track orders, pricing, contracts, and supply timelines
  • Handle communications via email, calls, and messaging platforms
  • Support sourcing and purchasing processes
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks
  • Follow up on outstanding items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency over time

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in operations, procurement, or similar roles
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling a mix of admin, coordination, and problem-solving tasks
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, or procurement
  • Experience working with vendors, pricing, or supply chains
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, tracking systems, or CRM tools
